Our vision is aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030
We believe that the world in 2030 will be significantly different from our world today – a world dominated by smart technology, the proliferation of renewable energy consumption, a diversified economy and a society dominated by an innovative and entrepreneur culture.
Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 plans capture this reality and align with our vision and strategy. Investing in the future of young Saudis to lead and drive these societal changes is paramount in our strategy and also in achieving the objectives of Vision 2030.
We are creating an international education, entrepreneurship and career’s programme for young and talented Saudis. The programme is designed in such a way that it is in line with Vision 2030 ambitions and drive towards investing in the education and training of young Saudis to become leaders and entrepreneurs.

Key aspects of the programme include:
1.
One of the objectives of Vision 2030 is to link investment in education to Saudi's economic growth and need. Hence, the programme aims to focus on areas that will benefit the kingdom – medical sciences, entrepreneurship, engineering, science and technology, finance etc.
2.
Mentoring and coaching future entrepreneurs: An important part of the programme is inspiring students to develop the mindset of an entrepreneur, to be creative and solution driven. We will be running periodic entrepreneurship events throughout the year and providing students with mentors and coaches with a successful track record of entrepreneurship to help develop their entrepreneur skills.
3.
The programme will aim to place students at the best universities in the UK and US: Universities of Oxford, Cambridge, Warwick, Imperial College, LSE, Harvard, Stanford etc.
4.
As part of the programme, student will be obliged to spend at least the first five years of their careers working and contributing to the continued growth of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
